Highway No. 30 and the north boundaries of commercial Industrial Park Subdivision of Part of Block 1, Nelsen Subdivision, and Block 2 of Nelsen Subdivision, con- ditioned upon the reservation of public utilities easements; and Co provide the effective data of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That that portion of the 60 foot wide Frontage Road Located between the south right -of -way line of New U. S. No improvements, structures, or buildings of any kind whatsoever shall be allowed in, upon, or over the easements herein retained. SECTION 2. That the title to the portions of the street vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall remain name of the city of Grand Island, Nebraska. in the SECTION 3. That this ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
