<br />For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Richard D. DeVore and Patricia DeVore, Husband and Wife, Trustor to First State Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of the Beneficiary, dated as of June 9, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Inst 99- 105942, on June 11, 1999, has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
