<br />You are hereby notified that Caroline T. Carson n /k /a Caroline T. Buettner and Randall L. as
<br />Buettner. Trustors, did on or about October 4, 1999, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivelt
<br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described
<br />real property:
<br />"All that parcel of land in City of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska, as found in
<br />Deed Book 95, Page 101747, ID #400087014, being known and designated as Lot 22, and the
<br />West half of Lot 21 of Sass Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from 'Travelers Bank & 'Trust, FSB,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which Deed of Trust was recorded on October 14, 1999 in Instrument
<br />No. 00991 10001, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustirn for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on March 8, 2002 through August 8. 2002, together
<br />with interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to
<br />satisfy said obligation.
