<br />SAVINGS BANK as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 31„ 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 97- 102299 and Beneficial Interest
<br />in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number
