<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by �J `
<br />PAUL G PIETZYK AND MARLENE A PIETZYK, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 2. 1999 and recorded APRIL 8. 1999 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 99- 103693
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance he
<br />executed and delivered
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8) BLOCK THREE (3) COLONIAL ESTATES SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
