Watson, a Single Person and Irene E. Jemison, a Single Person, as <br />Trustors, did on or about December 10, 1993, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal <br />Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />See Exhibit "A" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 10, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 110629. Deed of Trust was re- recorded December 30, 1993 as Instrument No. 93- <br />111193. <br />On or about December 15, 1993, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
