<br />You are hereby notified that Richard L. Watson, a Single Person and Irene E. Jemison, a Single Person, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about December 10, 1993, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal
<br />Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />See Exhibit "A"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 10, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 110629. Deed of Trust was re- recorded December 30, 1993 as Instrument No. 93-
<br />111193.
<br />On or about December 15, 1993, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was
<br />recorded January 12, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94-
<br />100367.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due, and they have conveyed a portion of the property without the Beneficiary's knowledge or approval.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
