Jantzi and Sophia Jantzi, husband and <br />wife, and Antonio Tzirikidis and Christina Tzirikidis, husband and wife, -^ <br />in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and r� <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey <br />to Ray Robertson and Marilyn Robertson, husband and wife, Grantees, as <br />joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
