<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, South Branch, 3111 W. Stolley Park Rd.,
<br />City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, as trustee under the trust deed dated August
<br />23, 2001, executed by Rodney H. Harders and Norma Jean Harders, husband and wife, as trustors,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 0200108477 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State ofNebraska,
<br />has received from Five Points Bank the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and
<br />the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed,
<br />the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, namely: Rodney H. Harders and Norma Jean Harders, the estate now held by it thereunder,
<br />to wit:
<br />Harrison Township, Harders Subdivision, Lot 3, Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Five Points
<br />Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, on August 2,- 2002.
