DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, United Nebraska Bank as Beneficiary under the
<br />Deed of Trust executed by Judy L Hansen, a single person, as Truster to United Nebraska Bank
<br />as Trustee for the Benefit of the Beneficiary, dated as of May 28, 2002, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200205995 , or in
<br />Book, Page , has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Sixteen (16), South Grand island Addition, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
