<br />Don R Cliffords, Husband and Wife to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated July 18, 2001 and recorded July 23, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200107267 in the Trust Deed Records of said County have been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
