<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200208769
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KIM J FJELDHEIM, A/K/A KIM JAY FJELDHEIM, AND WENDY C FJELDHEIM, sS-
<br />A/K/A WENDY CORRINE FJELDHEIM, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 27, 2001 and recorded SEPTEMBER 4.2001 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document k
<br />0200108921 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT TWENTY -EIGHT (28) AMICK ACRES EAST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />.together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
