200208766 <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, Farm Progress to Rowher�amily Limited Partnership <br />1 C. The Grantee ( "Farm Progress') covenants not to discriminate <br />2 upon the basis of race, color, religion, disability, sex, age or national origin in the <br />3 use, occupancy, sale, or lease of the Property, or in its employment practices <br />4 conducted thereon. This covenant shall not apply however, to the lease or rental <br />5 of a room or rooms within a family dwelling unit, nor shall it apply with respect <br />6 to religion if the Property is on premises used primarily for religious purposes. <br />7 The Grantor ( "Government') shall be deemed a beneficiary of this covenant <br />8 without regard to whether it remains the owner of any land or interest therein in <br />9 the locality of the Property hereby conveyed and shall have the sole right to <br />10 enforce this covenant in any court of competent jurisdiction. <br />11 <br />12 The responsibilities and obligations placed upon the Grantor by the Government shall run <br />13 with the land and be binding on all subsequent owners of the Real Estate unless or until such <br />14 responsibilities and obligations are released pursuant to the provisions set forth in the <br />15 Government Deed.
