<br />CONVEYANCE
<br />ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />As used herein, Trust Deed means that document dated August
<br />1, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on August 23, 2000, as Instrument No. °
<br />0200006833, wherein Marvin L. Kubert and Evonne L. Kubert, husband
<br />and wife are Trustors, Michael J. McQuillan, a member of the
<br />Nebraska State Bar Association is Trustee and William D. Fairbanks
<br />is Beneficiary of the following described real estate to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW' /a) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6`° P. M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW /); thence Westerly along and upon
<br />the South line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI), a
<br />distance of 1,834.5 feet; thence deflecting right
<br />90 °00'00" and running northerly, a distance of 410.0
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 90 000'00" and running
<br />easterly, parallel with the south line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SNP /a), a distance of 514.5 feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 90 °00'00" and running
<br />southerly, a distance of 154 feet; thence deflecting
<br />left 90 °00100" and running easterly, parallel with the
<br />south line of said Southwest Quarter (SWA), a distance
<br />of 1,320.24 feet to a point on the east line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /a); thence southerly, along and
<br />upon the east line of said Southwest Quarter (SVI), a
<br />distance of 256 feet to the point of beginning and
<br />containing 12.601 acres, more or less, of which 1.390
<br />acres, more or less, is presently occupied by public
<br />road right of way.
<br />Acting pursuant to written request of the Beneficiary given
<br />on August 15, 2002, the Trustee hereby reconveys the real estate,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
