Said order for payment of money constitutes a lien or potential lien upon <br />all real estate owned by the Respondent. <br />4. The Respondent is presently involved in securing a loan to be secured <br />by a Decd of Trust on the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Fifteen (15), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Also known as 923 N. Wheeler, Grand Island, Nebraska <br />5. All child support payments ordered to be paid in the above - captioned <br />matter are current. <br />6. To complete the loan transaction, Respondent's loan from Homecomings <br />Financial Network is to be secured by a Decd of Trust executed by Respondent for the benefit of <br />Homecomings Financial Network. <br />7.
