<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default
<br />filed for record on May 17, 2002, and recorded as Document No.
<br />200205292, in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, which notice of
<br />detault refers to the trust deed executed by Randall A. Williams
<br />and Carol F. Williams, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which The
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company is named as Beneficiary
<br />and The Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company as Trustee, and
<br />which was filed for record on January 2, 1996, and recorded as
<br />Document No. 96- 100030, of the Mortgage records of Hail County,
<br />Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />Part of the South Half (S'6) of Section Eleven (1.1), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, described a follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner
<br />of Lot Three (3), of Voss Subdivision of part of the South Half
<br />(S%) of said Section Eleven (11), thence running East along and
<br />upon the South section line of said section Eleven, for a distance
<br />of 538 feet; running thence North at right angles to said South
<br />Section line, a distance of 259.0 feet, running thence East and
<br />parallel to said South Section line a distance of 1.00 feet, running
<br />thence South and right angles to said South Section line, a
<br />distance of 259.0 feet to said South Section line: and running
<br />thence West along and upon said South Section line a distance of
<br />100 feet to the point of beginning.
