WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Jerry L. Sheffield, Trustor to John A. Wolf, Trustee, for
<br />lhebenefitof WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN
<br />INTEREST BY CONSOLIDATION TO NORWEST BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />N.A., the beneficiary named therein, dated August 2, 1984 and recorded August 3, 1984,
<br />as Document 84- 004100 in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance he executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Southerly One Third of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Thirty-
<br />Nine (39) Town of Grand Island, now City

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
