WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among AARON J
<br />SEMM, AN UNMARRIED PERSON AND MELINDA A GORECKI, AN UNMARRIED
<br />PERSON, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and The Equitable Building & Loan C.
<br />Association as Beneficiary, dated September 15, 2000, and recorded on September 15, 2000, in ,S
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200007630
<br />has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
