<br />05323. Said Notice of Default refers to the Decd of Frust executed by Richard R. Williams and Stacie So
<br />A. Williants, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island is named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the
<br />Trustee. The Deed of T'nist was thereafter filed for record May 30, 1997 and recorded in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Ilall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 97- 104204.
<br />On or about May 27, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island,
