DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200208464 <br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thomas F. Werner and Lynne R. <br />Werner as husband and wife <br />and recorded June 17, 2002 <br />to United Nebraska <br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank <br />the Beneficiary named therein dated June 12, 2002 <br />in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall -County, NE <br />Y , in <br />Book Inst #0200206453 at Page of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and named <br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property: <br />A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SEl /4 NWI /4) of Section Twenty One (21), in Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, <br />to -wit: Beginning at a point on the East property line of the County Road which is located on the approximate North <br />South center line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1 /2 NW1 /4) of said Section Twenty One (21), said point <br />being 167.8 feet South of the intersection of the East property line of said County Road with the South line of Anna <br />Street, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence proceeding in a northeasterly direction, parallel with the South <br />line of Anna Stret, a distance of 189.3 feet; thence 90 degrees right, proceeding in a southeasterly direction a distance of <br />127 feet; thence 90 degrees right, proceeding in a southwesterly direction, parallel with the South line of Anna Street, a <br />distance of 257.2 feet to a point on the East property line of said County Road; thence in a Northerly direction, along the <br />East property line of said County Road, a distance of 144 feet, to the point of beginning. <br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />DATED August 9, 2002 <br />a 1 \lNT + V ...... <br />`O ....
