Bailey, a single person, as Truster, did on or about October 9, <br />2001, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of <br />Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following - described real property: <br />Lot Twelve (12), Palu Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />Thirty -Three (33), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br />the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Major Mortgage Corporation, <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 10, 2001, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2001 - 10227. <br />On or about October 9, 2001, Major Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ( "MERS ") its <br />successors and assigns, as nominee for Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ( "MERS ") its successors and assigns, as nominee <br />for Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
