<br />AND &f K HUSTED. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Boack, Trustee, for the

<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dazed FEBRUARY 23. 1996 and recorded

<br />Instrument 96- 101523 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
