CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record August 1, 2002, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2002-
<br />08049. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Jason C. Cornelius, a single man,
<br />as Trustor, in which Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal
<br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record April 20,
<br />1999 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />99- 104062.
<br />On or about April 16, 1999, Mountain West Financial, hie., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded April 20, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 104063.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:
