<br />ROZENDAL, AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK A FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 31.. 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in
