<br />AND DARCY SPANIEL, HUSBAND & WIFE as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK A FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 22, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL
<br />County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 1097-105866 and Beneficial Interest in
