Note, husband and wife, GRANTORS, each in his and her _ <br />own right, in consideration of love and affection received from Stephanie Lynn Hansen and <br />Martin Charles Note, GRANTEES, do hereby convey and transfer the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
