<br />Whereas, the undersigned, the Commercial State Bank of Wausa, Nebraska, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed dated Aoril 23, 1999 executed by Karla J. Reese, a single person and
<br />Michael S. Wortman, a single person, as Trustor(s), in which the Commercial State Bank, Wausa,
<br />Nebraska, is named beneficiary, recorded at Instrument No. 99- 104946 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed has been fully paid to the
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary.
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvey, to Karla J. Reese, a single person and Michael S. Wortman, a
<br />single person, the following premises, pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Four (4), in Brett and Johnson's Addition to
<br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In Witness Whereof the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance.
