WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, S SO <br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 1, 1997 and Modification of said Deed of Trust dated July 21, <br />1999, and executed by Jerry J. Czarnick and Sandra J.
