<br />SOUTHERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 6, KERNOHAN AND DECKER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA,
<br />AND THE SOUTHERLY 10 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 40 FEET OF VACATED
<br />MONROE STREET AS IT ABUTS LOT 1, BLOCK 6, KERNOHAN AND
<br />DECKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND , HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA. THE SOUTHERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 1 IS THE SAME AS THE
<br />SOUTHERLY 10 FEET OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 6 OF KERNOHAN AND
<br />DECKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, WHICH WAS VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5070.
<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the 1.7'" day of March, 1999, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />the 28' day of April, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 104326 of the
<br />mortgage records of said county, between David Arthur Musil, as
<br />Trustors, U.S. Bank National Association ND, Trustee and U.S. Bank
<br />National Association ND, as Beneficiary, wherein the Trustors
<br />granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts therein
<br />expressed, the property hereinabove described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, the payment of a certain note and interest
<br />described in said Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and
<br />after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed
<br />authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by
<br />the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the
