<br />BRIAN 7 RASMUSSEN, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated FEBRUARY 4, 2000 and recorded FEBRUARY 8. 2000 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document
<br />#0200001050 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
