<br />JOHNSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated DECEMBER 6, 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 9, 1999 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered INSTRUMENT NO. 0099111662 of the Trust
<br />Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
