<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on April
<br />12, 1996, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />96- 102732, executed by Lonnie D. Musil and Dianne Musil, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach
<br />of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt
<br />payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of August 6, 2002; be
<br />notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property
<br />affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), except the Westerly Four Feet (4') of Block One (1),
<br />Knickrehm Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
