<br />, Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />, the Beneficiary named therein dated February 14, 2002
<br />and recorded February 15, 2002 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska , in
<br />Book at Page 0200201858 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
