<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JOEL B SHAFER AND a
<br />JANELL K SHAFER, Husband and Wife to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated April 23, 2001 and recorded April 30, 2001, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County. Nebraska, as Documents #02001113868 in the Trust Deed Records of said County have
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Decd of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
