<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, Security Agreement
<br />and Fixture Financing Statement executed by Global Industries, hie., a Nebraska corporation
<br />to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, a national banking association, the
<br />trustee, for the benefit of Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, a national
<br />banking association, the beneficiary named therein, dated December 1, 2000, and filed
<br />December 28, 2000, in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska as Document
<br />No. 200011183, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lots I and 2, Connell Industrial Park Third Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such
<br />premises.
