KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />MCGAHAN and TRACY MCGAHAN; Husband and Wife, to Security First Bank, d
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Security First Bank, dated August 31, 2001 and recorded as
<br />Instr. Number 0200109305 in the office of Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />has been paid.
