<br />You are hereby notified that Jason C. Cornelius, a single man, as Trustor, did on or about April 16, ' SQ
<br />1999, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of
<br />Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Sixty -Nine (69), in Wheeler & Bennett's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Truster obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 20, 1999, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 104062.
<br />On or about April 16, 1999, Mountain West Financial, Inc, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, The Assignment
<br />was recorded April 20, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 99- 104063.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Truster for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Truster has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real properly described in said Deed of 'I rust to satisfy said obligation.
