ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Heritage Bank, ( "Assignor"), for
<br />good mid valuable consideration hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and assigns unto
<br />TierOne Bank ( "Assignee "), all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to that certain
<br />Mortgage /Deed of Trust executed by Lyle A. Scheer and Karin J. Scheer
<br />and recorded as Document No. 200103584 in Hall County, Nebraska, and the debt
<br />secured thereby covering the following described real property:
<br />Lot Seven (7), In Block Nine (9), in University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Assignment has been executed this 31 day of July,
<br />2002.
