<br />wherein Lyle A. Scheer and Kazin J. Scheer, husband and Wife, is Trustor, Heritage Bork is Beneficiary,
<br />and Heritage Bank is Trustee, covering the following described properly, to wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Nine (9), In University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />And which Heritage Batik as Beneficiary does hereby remove Heritage Banc as Trustee thereunder and
