<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated June 9, 1998, executed by Danny D. Larson and Diana L. Larson, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Truster, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, on ,Tune
<br />10, 1998, recorded as Instrument No. 98- 105552, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE WESTERLY SIXTY SEVEN (67) FEET OF LOT FIFTEEN (15), IN BLOCK FIVE (5), IN
<br />WESTERHOFVS FIRST SUBDIVISION, EXCEPT THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY (S30) FEET
<br />THEREOF, DEEDED TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND FOR STREET PURPOSES, IN THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 31.skAay of July, 2002.
