(C) "Lender" is 200208003 <br />FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE COMPANY <br />LcMcr isa CORPORATION <br />organized and existing under the laws of MARYLAND <br />Lender's address is 11000 BROKEN LAND PKWY, #600 <br />COLUMBIA, NO 21044 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrmnent. <br />(D) "'I rustee" is BILL LANGDEN, ATTORNEY AT LAW <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated July twenty- ninth, 2002 <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender <br />SIXTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED fi 00 /100 Dollars <br />(U.S. S 62, 900.00 ) plus interest. Borrower has promised to pa this debt in regular Periodic <br />Paynhents and to pay are debt in full not later than AUGUST 1, 2031 <br />(F) "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property." <br />(C) "Loan" meats the debt evidenced by the Note, plus interest, any prepayment charges and late charges <br />due under the Nom, and all sums due under this Security Instrument, plus interest. <br />(H) "Riders" means all Riders to this Security Instrument that are executed by Borrower.
