<br />WI IEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lake frontage of One Hundred (100) feet, situated on the East side of the East
<br />portion of Kuester Lake, and being a part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2SW I/4) of
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Southeasterly side by the common road
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW Ti IEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 31st day of July, 2002.
