Hameloth - Vanosdall are the Lessees, to Dennis G. Vanosdall and Ann M. <br />Hameloth- <br />Vanosdall pertaining to the following- described premises: <br />Lot 20, having a lake front footage of One Hundred (100) feet, situated on the East side <br />of the East portion of Kuester's Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6t" <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Southeasterly side by the common road <br />(commonly known as #41 Kuester's Lake). <br />Five Points Bank does hereby quitclaim and release any and all interest it may have in and to <br />the above - described lease and property to Dennis G. Vanosdall and Ann M.
