<br />Representative of the Lola C. Benson Estate, trustor, to Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek,
<br />Trustee, and Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded April 17, 2002, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200204213 of the a
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
