KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DEBRA
<br />K. PETERSON and KELLY A. PETERSON to DON W. SCHICK and D. KATHRYN SCHICK,
<br />the Beneficiaries named therein, dated the 3rd day of January 2002, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, at Instrument No. 2002 -01716 has
<br />been partially paid.
<br />For valuable consideration and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate devised to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Seven (7) Mehring and Kelly Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance on
