<br />That Grantors, MAYNARD B. MASON, by and through his Attorney -in -Fact,
<br />Linda Price, and DONNA B. MASON, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum
<br />of One Dollar and Other good and Valuable Consideration, receipt of which is hereby o
<br />acknowledged, conveys to WILLIAM E. LAWREY and SANDRA L. LAWREY, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common,
<br />Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec.
<br />76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Block C, Parkview Subdivision, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:
<br />1. are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons.
