<br />In consideration of the Lease Purchase Agreement, the terms and conditions of which are set forth
<br />in detail in an Agreement dated MV a3 2 , except as provided in said contract, Seller
<br />shall not have the right, with respect In the property, to enter into any new contracts, leases or agreements,
<br />oral or written, without the prior written consent of the Buyer.
<br />This Memorandum is not a complete summary of the contract. Provisions of the Memorandum
<br />shall not be used in interpreting the contract. In the event of any conflict between this Memorandum and
<br />the contract, the terms of the contract shall prevail.
