M <br />m <br />n n <br />M <br />I <br />2 a <br />M En <br />T A `r <br />x <br />ry <br />O --i <br />o <br />M v" <br />rV <br />CD <br />O m <br />O <br />CNn <br />e <br />1 <br />:3 <br />�� <br />c <br />r10 <br />3> <br />CD o <br />CIO <br />cn <br />o <br />EXTENSION <br />AGREEMENT <br />' <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this day JULY, 2002, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIOlk OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and c� <br />DANIEL J GIESE, A SINGLE PERSON, A/K/A DAN GIESE o\ n <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower" <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a ceitain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT ONE (1), OF L -K SECOND SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JANUARY 31, 2000, and filed for record on FEBRUARY <br />2, 2000, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200000927. <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of JULY 1, 2001: <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO JULY 1, 2022. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the <br />date first noted above. <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND <br />By: "Lender" <br />
