M m n n M I 2 a M En T A `r x ry O --i o M v" rV CD O m O CNn e 1 :3 �� c r10 3> CD o CIO cn o EXTENSION AGREEMENT ' This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this day JULY, 2002, by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIOlk OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and c� DANIEL J GIESE, A SINGLE PERSON, A/K/A DAN GIESE o\ n hereinafter referred to as "Borrower" WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a ceitain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT ONE (1), OF L -K SECOND SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JANUARY 31, 2000, and filed for record on FEBRUARY 2, 2000, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200000927. WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of JULY 1, 2001: WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO JULY 1, 2022. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
