200207694 <br />WHEREAS, breaches of obligations for which the above trust properties were conveyed as <br />security have occurred, the nature of such breaches is being more particularly described as a failure <br />to make installment payments and causing the Beneficiary to believe that the prospect for payment <br />is impaired, the Trustee hereby gives Notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the trust <br />properties described above to satisfy such obligations. <br />Notice is hereby given that the Trustors; default may be cured within two (2) months of the <br />filing for record of the Notice of Default and the obligations and Trust Deeds described above may <br />be thereby reinstated as provided in NEB. REv. STAT. §76 -1012 (Reissue 1996). <br />With respect to the Trust Deed filed as Instrument No. 89- 104688: <br />A. The amount of the entire unpaid principal sum secured by such Trust Deed is <br />$150,000.00; <br />B. The amount of interest accrued on the unpaid principal balance to and including the <br />anticipated date the Notice of Default is filed for record (July 25, 2002), is <br />$32,390.50, together with interest occurring after July 25, 2002, in the sum of $74.29 <br />per day until paid in full; <br />C. The amount of the unpaid principal which would not be due had no default occurred <br />is $0.00. <br />With respect to the Trust Deed filed as Instrument No. 88- 104514: <br />A. The amount of the entire unpaid principal sum secured by such Trust Deed is <br />$220,000.00; <br />B. The amount of interest accrued on the unpaid principal balance to and including the <br />anticipated date the Notice of Default is filed for record (July 25, 2002), is <br />$32,390.50, together with interest occurring after July 25, 2002, in the sum of $74.29 <br />per day until paid in full; <br />C. The amount of the unpaid principal which would not be due had no default occurred <br />is $0.00. <br />With respect to the Trust Deed filed as Instrument No. 90- 104287: <br />A. The amount of the entire unpaid principal sum secured by such Trust Deed is <br />$150,000.00; <br />B. The amount of interest accrued on the unpaid principal balance to and including the <br />anticipated date the Notice of Default is filed for record (July 25, 2002), is <br />$32,390.50, togetherwith interest occurring after July 25, 2002, in the sum of $74.29 <br />per day until paid in full; <br />C. The amount of the unpaid principal which would not be due had no default occurred <br />is $0.00. <br />With respect to the Trust Deed filed as Instrument No. 91- 103645: <br />A. The amount of the entire unpaid principal sum secured by such Trust Deed is <br />$301,280.24; <br />B. The amount of interest accrued on the unpaid principal balance to and including the <br />anticipated date the Notice of Default is filed for record (July 25, 2002), is <br />$32,390.50, togetherwith interest occurring afterJuly25, 2002, in the sum of $74.29 <br />per day until paid in full; <br />C. The amount of the unpaid principal which would not be due had no default occurred <br />is $0.00. <br />
