Cn <br />Cn � <br />CP W N f✓ O <br />RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY <br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed <br />of Trust dated December 31, 2001, by and between TOMMY L. UMMEL, <br />JR., a single person, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is ^ N <br />recorded as Document No. 0200113624 in the Office of the Hall <br />County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for <br />reconveyance of the Beneficiary, Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney -at- <br />Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the <br />following described real estate: <br />The part of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of Section <br />Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing at <br />a point on the east line of said Section 24, which, <br />point is 1,008 feet north of the Southeast Corner of <br />the Northeast Quarter (NE�X) of said section; running <br />thence west parallel to the south line of said quarter <br />section, for a distance of 133 feet; running thence <br />north parallel to the east line of said section for a <br />distance of 70 feet; running thence east parallel to <br />the south line of said quarter section, for a distance <br />of 133 feet to a point on the east line of said <br />Section 24; running thence south along and upon said <br />east section line for a distance of 70 feet, to the <br />actual point of beginning subject to one -half of the <br />county road abutting upon the east side of said tract, <br />all in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, <br />pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of the Revised Statutes of the <br />State of Nebraska, said premises to TOMMY L. UMMEL, JR., a <br />single person. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Cathleen H.
