UMMEL, JR., a single person, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is ^ N recorded as Document No. 0200113624 in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney -at- Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described real estate: The part of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of said Section 24, which, point is 1,008 feet north of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE�X) of said section; running thence west parallel to the south line of said quarter section, for a distance of 133 feet; running thence north parallel to the east line of said section for a distance of 70 feet; running thence east parallel to the south line of said quarter section, for a distance of 133 feet to a point on the east line of said Section 24; running thence south along and upon said east section line for a distance of 70 feet, to the actual point of beginning subject to one -half of the county road abutting upon the east side of said tract, all in Hall County, Nebraska. The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to TOMMY L. UMMEL, JR., a single person.
