THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,

<br />Doniphan, NE 68832, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 2.d day of June, 2000
<br />and recorded on the 14a' day of June, 2000, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 2000 -04840 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the

<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
